Thunderbird Roofing was built on hands-on experience, problem-solving, and a commitment to doing the work the right way.
Roofing isn’t just my job—it’s part of who I am. I started out as a laborer, working my way through every step of the trade until eventually becoming a roofing business owner. I’ve installed virtually every type of roofing material, navigated complex construction defect cases, and provided detailed scopes for insurance claims. Yet, the role I’m most proud of is being known as a leak expert; there hasn’t been a leak I couldn’t track down and fix.
Along this journey, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside incredible mentors who showed me the true value of excellence, integrity, craftsmanship, and genuinely caring for your team. I also learned powerful lessons from seeing how things shouldn’t be done—lessons that deeply shape how I run my own business today. I vividly remember what it felt like when management wouldn’t listen, and that’s why I lead with humility and openness, always valuing the perspectives of every team member. To me, roofing is about people as much as it is about materials, because great roofs are built by great teams.
One of my guiding principles is, “We’re a cradle-to-grave roofing contractor; it’s your home, but it’s our roof.”
When I’m not roofing, I am a lifetime learner, I never stop asking questions. “How does that work?”, “What does that do?”, “How long did that take?”.
